Terrible experience. For starters I had an appointment at 11 I arrive and am sitting down waiting for 15 minutes without being acknowledged because the staff was in the back yelling and laughing very obnoxiously about inappropriate things in their language that they probably don’t think customers understand. Once someone did come up and notice I was sitting there waiting she looked shocked and surprised not that I was waiting for almost 20 minutes but more so because I heard them. The place felt so stuffy and dirty and had a moldy smell. No type of aromatherapy or anything. The masseuse I got was beyond terrible and don’t even know how she has her license. I marked for medium to deep and she was barely pressing my body to the point I had to constantly keep telling her to apply more pressure. Then she I guess got aggravated because she had to do more work and started to purpose stab her elbows into me as hard as she could then said “this pressure to hard”. She didn’t have any technique and was just rubbing in the same spots over and over with no pressure and also kept leaving the room MULTIPLE times. The “CBD” oil is a rip off didn’t have cooling/warming sensation just regular overpriced massage oil. All in all felt like a complete waste or $85 then when I left a $5 tip (she didn’t deserve any) for her she had this snobbish look on her face as if it wasn’t enough when she should be grateful she got a thing from me. They do provide very good service in either consult and practice. Tell them where you feel the pressure, they will have a focus treatment. Spend an hour there, you will love it. The boss there is very friendly and honest. They will resolve all your disappointed. One time, I went there without telling them where i need more focus on. Of course, after all, I still feel some pressure in my shoulder. I forgot to tell at first. When I finished, the young lady in the front (she is a young boss) noticed my situation. She instantly give me a relief on my shoulder for extra. I though it is because I'm a returned customer and they want my business. Have had positive experiences in the past. Unfortunately, I just learned that the quality of the massage can vary GREATLY, depending on who does it. After the first 10-15 minutes of having the same thing done in the same spot, I should've stopped the session and left. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and let it continue. I even told her she could move on from the first spot she was in after she spent an eternity there, but she didn't get the hint. Ended up being in pain and feeling much worse than when I went in.
