Dollar General — Local services in Seville

Love this Dollar General! It is my favorite local DG Store with West Salem coming in at a close 2nd fav & Rittman being my 3rd favorite to shop at.

I love the $1 isle at this store specifically! It seems to have the largest selection & is kept very well stocked, when compaired to other local DG Stores in, my opinion!

The only thing that i can think of that would make this store better would be a larger building! DG Markets & to their similar stores are so much more roomy & easier to navigate with wider isles & spacious areas between the entryway, registers, & isles in general. That wouldbe much more practical when a person may be trying to manuver thru in a wheelchair. Public restrooms would also be a plus, not sure but i may have missed them if they are...

Well I'm used to stopping into dollar general market, so this location is super small to me, and pretty crammed. There were many abandoned " work carts" left by employees with product on them and no employees near by, so that was a obstacle to get around on top of the cramped isles. Seems like the touch pad uses for payment need replaced, I went to enter my phone number for digital coupons, and I froze up the system, cashier said, oh, yea, itll do that if u try to start it to soon....in which I ended up having to wait until everything was rang up. All in all, size and their technology could use a update but I love their digital coupons no matter what...

I got what I needed, but the cashier, whos name was Elly, greeted the others in front & behind me, but never spoke to me until she said my total, and fyi, I am a Person of color & the other customers were White. I feel like she was rushing me out the store, to me that is very poor taste & I definitely took it as Prejudice. Every customer should be greeted with kindness & respect, not Ignored & rushed away, regardless what background...
