Good food our family orders from here probably once a month. I ordered over the phone today & kind of had a complicated order, during my order she interrupted me to answer another call (understandable to put them on hold) but she proceeded to ask them what they wanted then put them on hold. After placing my full order she didn't read it back to me as she was just rushing to the person on hold so I started to say it again to be sure she understood everything, she cut me off & said "Okay! I got it I've got someone else on the other line bye!". Definitely could use some phone etiquette training as I was pretty thrown off & thought that was really rude. She did apologize when I arrived & said they're a little busy tonight..I did appreciate that. Food was meh and we both ended up with food poisoning. To make the experience itself worse was how rude the lady taking phone orders was. I ordered online but if I'd ordered over the phone I would have said forget it. When I went it to pick up my food, 2 calls came in for orders. She was short tempered and nasty multiple times on both calls while rolling her eyes and sighing constantly. She'd ask for the phone number then immediately ask again louder and in an even more short tone. She practically yelled at me about getting a free 2 liter of pop that I couldn't have because they didn't have diet. You could tell she was annoyed anytime a customer picking up said anything to her. Placed an order for chicken lo mein, wonton soup, 2 orders of steamed dumplings, and 2 orders of crab rangoons. I didn’t get 1 order of crab Rangoons but got brown rice instead. The chicken lo mein had zero flavor and was filled with a ton of lettuce. The crab rangooons were burnt. Besides the wonton soup being neon yellow, it had a piece of CHICKEN at the bottom of it. I took one bite of the steamed dumplings and they were just as disgusting. Don’t waste your money here. The location in Wadsworth was amazing and will go back there. This location is awful.
