Boscos Pizza Kitchen — Restaurant in Seville

Seriously so disappointed this is the worst food service experience I’ve ever had.. first of all I ordered through DoorDash at work and was so excited to get food delivered because the menu options just seemed so good so I ordered a chicken sandwich and a salad. I got it and the chicken was absolutely disgusting. The meat was totally weird and there was like a bone or cartilage or something in it and just the worst texture ever. I was mad but then was like “ok no big deal these things happen” even though it was terrible but I just wanted to enjoy my food. So I took the chicken off and ate a couple bites of the sandwich, then opened my salad, took the chicken off and started to eat that and there was an actual dead little bug in the salad, got so sad and threw all of it away! When I got off work I called and asked if I could get a refund due to the bug, I thought that would be enough to mention, I didn’t want to slander their chicken too, so I didn’t. The girl that answered was super sweet about it and understanding, she said I could get my refund if I call back tomorrow when the managers there, so I did and the manager was so rude. She said they don’t know why I waited 6 hours to call about it (I was working) and they could have replaced my order if I called in a timely manner (I was at work I called right after I got off) I just wanted my money back because I couldn't really eat any of my order, but she went on to say “the owner made the food himself so for there to be a bug in it is kind of extreme”..? it’s actually not “extreme” because it happened, mistakes happen, and we live in Ohio there’s bugs everywhere, but that doesn’t mean they can’t own up to it or that I should accept one in food that I paid for to be sanitary. She offered store credit which I really didn’t want because I don’t want to eat there again but as soon as I started to speak again to see how I could receive the store credits at least, she hung up on me while I was talking, so I didn't even get that. Her attitude was the worst and not professional at all. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Such a waste of money and time. And at this point I don’t even want the credits because I don’t want to talk to them and get attitude or eat...

Terrible experience from start to finish. We came here for Mother’s Day, hoping for a nice meal, and it ended up being a complete disaster. After a mistake with our order, we had to jump through hoops just to get a refund—something that should’ve been simple turned into a frustrating ordeal due to poor communication and disorganization. The staff clearly had no idea how to handle it, and no one seemed interested in making things right.

To make matters worse, the blonde woman working at the front was incredibly rude and condescending. She acted like we were the problem for asking them to correct their mistake. Definitely not the kind of attitude you expect when you’re out trying to enjoy a holiday with your family.

We were never offered anything to make up for the hassle or the disrespect—just a refund for something we shouldn’t have been charged for in the first place. And the food? The wings were a joke—about the size of my pinky. Absolute ripoff. Based on the other reviews this doesn’t look like the first or last time this...

This buffet was fantastic. I usually order boscos in wooster. My girlfriend and I were out and about with our kids and we decided to look for a pizza buffet and we found this boscos pizza buffet and since I already knew boscos has fantastic pizza we decided to go here. This was a fantastic choice. The pizza was fresh and the same tasty quality on the buffet as if you just ordered a pizza. All the items on the salad bar were fresh and fantastic. They also have plenty of toppings for the salad bar. The price includes pizza and salad bar and your drink. I wish they would put a buffet at the boscos in wooster. The employees were super friendly and attentive. The fountain drinks tasted fresh and like they were supposed to. There is plenty of parking. I would definitely recommend stopping by if your in the area. Or take a trip to grab a bite. Either way its well worth it. You won't be disappointed. And you definitely won't leave hungry. Thank you boscos for such a fantastic dining experience my family and I definitely enjoyed...
