This is not your average story. This is a story of how I was treated at one of my favorite places by T-Mobile one 102 on Chester Pike. You see for about a year and a half I have been tormented by hackers. to make a long story short you see in the span of a year and a half I have owned close to 10 different phones all from T-Mobile Our local Spider-Man!!!! But this is not the story or an edit of my past with T-Mobile. This is a store 1102. The most unhelpful metro buy T-Mobile that ever was⦠my journey into the world of the macabre with T-Mobile metro by T-Mobile was when I went to get a new phone because it was hacked and it had been destroyed by the hackers. I told the customer service I lovely Iām not sure person what was going on with my phone and the dime of getting a new one and upgrade I asked because it was time for me to get an upgrade so upon listening to her, not saying very much of anything and trying to explain I need an upgrade a stronger better phone. I looked down in my hands and what do I see? I perceive the same phone I was trying to get rid of in the first place because it was hacked and then once I sent this, I was told that this is the only phone that I could possibly afford Wow, poor me, literally!,,, well, just as I suspected as Iāve gone home I start noticing small, crazy things going on with the phone glitches hearing peoples voices on the phone it turn totally away and doing it own thing now itās living the highlife this phone so I raised and cold and showed up and baked within the 24th 48 years that had to wait for a new phone I was gonna get something marvelous beautiful something very scrumptious then Iām on the second day of having I took it back because it was broken totally broken and I took it back and I asked for an exchange or new phone yet can I still get my upgrade which would be a 2024 or a 2020 50 then I was prompted shake and all honesty. Give me a new phone because they are franchise and I need to go to another place. That was a larger store which was also what a franchise you see and these franchises are not part of T-Mobile. I am assuming because they write their own laws upon now having the phone for May, June, July and the first part of August, which is four months the phone is unworkable and inhabitable. I'm actually not surprised she has so many, because she is just genuinely a great person and also awesome at customer service. This review is wayyyyy late but I did tell her I was gonna lift her up on a Google review. Not only was she so nice and very helpful with my cell phone needs, we also connected on a spiritual level. That was hands down the best experience I ever had going in for a cellphone. I hope everything beautiful this world has to offer finds her because she deserves it. She's a hard worker and genuinely enjoys being there for others. I was having such a rough time too and she cheered me right up. Gave me a really pretty bookmark that I actually used now on my current read.
