I have a benefits plus membership and I am currently completing a claim. The employees have no knowledge of these benefits, or the process to complete a claim. The last employee told me “that’s too long” after I explained how long I would be out of work when the membership plus benefits protect your payment for 100 days or when you return to work; whichever occurs first.

Thankfully they added the plus benefits to my account without my knowledge or consent and I’ve been paying the extra $6.48 every two weeks.

My husband owes 1 payment of $80 and they sent someone to my HOME while he was at work to threaten me to call the police and take my furniture. Poor customer service the guy Jay is very rude he think the payment is owed to him harassing and calling me non stop allow the date to go before you start to call someone to collect money. Do I recommend rent a center to anybody NO.
