Before I start, I always state that I write Google reviews for exceptionally great or horrible experiences. This one is straight down the middle.
I've been ordering from this place since I moved to the area in 2020. I've had delivery and takeout.
The food is not just good, it's excellent! It's almost always hot, and while I can't vouch for its freshness, it certainly tastes fresh. The chefs always follow the order to perfection, which is a testament to their skill and dedication.
The atmosphere is what you'd expect at any pizza joint. It's not spotless, but I still eat there. The kitchen is open, so it's pretty cool watching them make pizza and other food.
The delivery people are very nice, and the food comes fast - sometimes faster than expected! :)
The biggest downfall is their customer service. There were some receptionist changes (I'm not sure of this), and the customer service has declined over the last year or so. I used to call in my order for delivery, but after a while, when the reception wasn't attractive, so I started ordering online. Ordering online is great, but it gets pricey very rapidly. Depending on my schedule, I order for pick up by phone or walk-in. The reception has been consistently disappointing for about a year or so. They've ignored me despite not hoovering. The last time I sat down, I wanted to see how long it was before they acknowledged my presence. They never believed me, so I finally asked what was going on. This happens every time I order for pick up.
I decided to give them one more chance before writing a review, which brings me to this evening. When I called in for delivery, the receptionist was curt and kind of off-putting.
I'm not naming names because I don't know them, and this list doesn't reflect all receptionists employed at the restaurant. However, it is enough to write this review.
Having been a receptionist at many jobs, I understand the challenges and necessary patience that come with the role. In a world of endless options at our fingertips, brick-and-mortar establishments must focus on exceptional service and experience.

Read moreFirst of all, excellent pizza. That's the most important thing. Great crust, great sauce/cheese ratio. Friendly and timely delivery. But what really puts them over the top is I ordered through Slice and I got one pizza that was wrong (regular not white) and complained through the app. I made it clear that the food was excellent but just not what I ordered. They offered me a $5 credit but the pizza was $20 so I pushed it and said that wasn't ok. They contacted Supreme and I was told that they were "deeply apologetic" and would send me a replacement pizza straight away. Within 15 minutes I got my pizza, piping hot and perfect. It was SO SO SO GOOD! I almost feel bad about complaining but not really because they now have a customer for life. Love you...

I called back and placed my order with Gabby I ordered a small chicken Stromboli and a milk shake when Gabby repeated my ordered I repeated it agin to her to insure it was right.my food gets here and my Stromboli is wrong. I called back to let them know that my order was wrong and to please remake it have it sent they gave me a hard time at first then agreed. However the new order never arrived when I did get in contact with the delivery driver he was at the restaurant and they said that he’d bring me a refund yet I haven’t received that either .
