Horribly, second time ordering, I will never go back again. Just placed an order for a fish platter and a jerk chicken Alfredo. They make the jerk chicken with a bbq jerk marinade, so you’re basically eating sugary Rasta pasta with runny sauce instead of creamy. The fried fish was good, but the Mac and cheese was beyond bland, the French fries had seasoning thrown on them carelessly and the yams didn’t have brown sugar (if you cook you can usually tell what’s missing). We took our platters back to the store for a refund and was told all they can do is remake the food. Being that this is my second bad experience, I didn’t want anything else from this establishment (they’re clearly suffering with trying to find a cook). I spoke with a woman who I believe was the owner not the manager and she was rude and defensive instead of understanding. She told my that the Alfredo was suppose to be runny because it’s sauce 🥴and that the menu states that the jerk chicken Alfredo is made with bbq jerk sauce. But why would you put anything with bbq sauce in your Alfredo, horrible experience, do not waste your time or money, you will be here writing a review out of frustration...

This was my very first time trying their food since Jimmy’s is no longer there. This was not a good experience at all especially since my wife and I are foodies. So let me start with good and the only reason I gave 2 stars, the Salmon and rice was the only good thing about it. Cooked well and tasted great. Now the bad, Macaroni and Cheese was horrible it was dry and no flavor and where the heck is the cheese. Candied yams was also horrible they were not sweet or flavorful at all. Broccoli was over cooked and mushy. Banana pudding tasted like cardboard with no bananas you definitely can tell it was from the box made. So here are are a few suggestions. 1. Mac & Cheese please just use the regular macaroni no fancy noodles and make a really good cheese sauce, spend the extra time and money on that. 2. Yams please add sugar, brown sugar please they should be Southern Sweet. 3. Go to the Chinese stores around the area and see how they cook their Broccoli, sorry but not sorry. 4. The pudding either make it from scratch with real bananas or take it off the menu. These are me and my wife’s opinions. But for right now we will not be returning here...

I was initially excited to try this place of business because the food online look good. However, I placed an online order of jerk breaded wings and fries. I picked up my order and once I arrived home I noticed my wings were incorrect. I immediately bagged the food back up and began driving back to the restaurant. I also contacted the restaurant and informed them that I was on my way back because my wings were incorrect and I also requested for fresh fries. I also informed them that I would be giving them the entire platter back because Due to traveling back and forth because of the restaurants mistake my UNTOUCHED food was cold. Once I arrived to the restaurant I was informed that they would rectify the issue with my wings but was not willing to give me fresh fries. Which is very unfortunate because had my order been correctly made by the restaurant I would not have to request for fresh fries. The manager kept telling me I could not get fresh fries per the owners decision. Ended up getting a refund and I would NOT dare spend a dime at this establishment.
