I had to walk in front of the store by the Dollar Tree on East State Street in Hermitage while the workers squatted outside every second smoking your cigarettes spitting on the sidewalk that I had to walk on and I mean they didn't even go 15 minutes without coming right back out talking on the phone smoking cigarettes like chimneys and spitting all over the sidewalk guy with long dark hair and some girl smoking away just throwing cigarettes...

I came to this location completely set on leaving.. never really been able to actually get help from this store or company but they managed to level up and get adequate and able employees. The new girl shannon helped me not only to stay but to purchase a new phone for myself and the husband as well as add a line for my son through a financinf program i never new existed. If you want to get a $100 phone.. They charge you. $65 first month of services $10 sim card $42 TAXES INSAME $40 Activation FEE. Plus need to pay the $100 for the phone. As a new customer this is crazy.
