Burger King — Restaurant in Pennsylvania

Wow this place really went down hill. One of the best things this bk had going for it was the play area which is currently closed. Good thing because based on the rest of the restaurant, it probably would have been discussing. When you first walk in everything looks OK so we ordered. The cashier who handled our money was also bagging our food. As if that's not gross enough, she dropped one of our onion rings on the counter and instead of throwing it away she put in back in the container and proceeded to place it on our tray. She looked dumbfounded when I asked her for new onion rings. After we sat down we started noticing how dirty everything was. Things felt kinda sticky to the touch like they used old greasy water to wipe everything down with. The ceiling had mold on it. The floors have spots that are buckling and cracking. Maybe a foundation problem. The floors were extremely dirty, especially in the corners and under the table that they have condiments on. If you ask me this place needs a major remodel if not torn down and replaced. I will not be visiting again until that occurs. It's a shame because they had such a nice play area before...

If I could zero stars I would. Attitudes for me being in your drive thru too long cause you'll get in trouble and line is getting longer cause of it. Well when my family wants something that's advertised but in store it's discontinued and I have to call home to get something else to replace what we wanted. How's that my fault if we have to wait to get my order correct when I'm spending at least 50$ for my family to eat at your establishment. How can you have an attitude with me trying to place an order for food you don't have but is advertised? If not for my family already wanting BK and order already placed I would have taken my business elsewhere to spend 50$ on dinner. We will not be going back to this particular BK. Sorry BK new employees with temperament and less attitude.

Usually very good, though there have been negative ones in the past. It really seems to depend on management. Happier employees are better to customers. There have been instances of a manager yelling at employees loud enough for the drive thru customer to distinguish. For food...its fast food and as expected. This location tends to remember to ask if I need ketchup more often than others, and it is appreciated. This past visit was very nice, though. I was picking my roommate up from work and he wanted to get something to eat on the way home. He got off later than usual so the time didn't register. I don't like being that person to go in that close to closing unless unavoidable. The two people working acted as if it were just normal hours though we realized they were prepping to close as soon as the time hit....
