Taco Bell — Restaurant in Pennsylvania

Ordered for pick up on the mobile app. Waited outside for the order to pop up as ready, said it was being made... Went inside and waited more. None was at the counter. A drive thru person looked at me three maybe more times before addressing me and saying he'd be right with me. I said I was waiting for a mobile order, he checked but didn't see an order. Asked other staff if they had it, they said yes. After more waiting they finally came out and said just one order? Yes. Gave me my food and drinks. I have been burned with drive thrus and pick ups before so at the counter I checked my food, I was missing beverages, a main dish for one of our boxes and 2 of the 3 sides we ordered. I order "boxes" bc they are easy when you have multiple people, none of the orders were boxed all thrown into a bag. I went to the car to get my phone to check the order and Then after waiting again, I said I'm missing items, they looked at me like I was crazy---are you sure? Yes I'm standing here with all the food you gave me and missing items, yes I'm sure. The employees returned to the back and after another wait finally returned with the rest of our order. No apology just have a good night. I will try to avoid this taco bell in the future. I worked fast food for many years, and it frustrates me that people don't double check orders before handing them out. I know people waiting get mad and want things quickly, but I'd rather get all of my order before leaving than have it quickly thrown in a...

Complete and total incompetence. Absolute worst fast food chain I've ever been in, anywhere, ever. Six or seven employees wandering around in the back, like they're hiding from customers. Waited literally 25 minutes before anyone acknowledged me after an online order that I came to pick up wasn't even made. Keep in mind there was not one other customer in the Drive-Thru or inside. After I showed the woman my paid for screenshot of the order, she disappeared for another 15 minutes and eventually came back and told me she made me 10 burritos, which wasn't even close to my order. When I told her that, she said that I was lying and she knows I ordered burritos. Even though I had the screenshot of six tacos in my hand. I would not trust the food here, after watched how it was being made after that. The place is dirty, disgusting. Two of the employees looked so high they could barely function, and while what you do on your personal time is you business, I really don't want intoxicated teenagers making my food, after running in and out of the place without gloves and without washing their hands. Another female employee here really needs to rethink working with people and consider working on a slow moving factory line somewhere where she can scowl and make wiseass remarks to her hearts content while contemplating sharpening her personality skills. In between doing DoorDash deliveries I decided to order some food. I ordered a cheesy bean and rice and a potato soft taco. The cheesy bean practically was all wrap with a slight addition beans. I ordered a LARGE dragonfruit freeze with it and when I got my food I had to tell this guy I also ordered a freeze. He tells me after I buy this thing they’re out of the dragonfruit syrup and I could get a different flavor which was fine. He proceeds to grab me a water up and fill it with a strawberry flavor I didn’t ask for so I correct him and tell him I didn’t ask for that one I wanted a Baja blast and that it was large.
