Not happy cricket..been with this company over 4 yrs. went in store to pay my bill on the 6th wasn't due until the 19th.. I pay my bill and then decided to upgrade my plan and pay the difference in a different transaction. Left the store thinking bills paid for another month ..wrong..my service was disconnected on the 19th for a 30.00 fee yous said I owed. So I paid 140.00 for 2 weeks of service???? Then When I get the message yesterday that I need to pay this 30 and a 15 activation fee AND a 5 counter fee on the day to be disconnected..I check the website to see if your open nope says closed on Sundays.. but I happened to be in town and stop there and they were open until 6pm ..but it was 605pm when I went to the door he smiled at me because obviously it was locked so I called him ...he didnt answer the first time I called but he did answer the 2nd time listen to my issue and then hung up.. really?? 1- post your hours correctly on the website and 2 - the customer service sucks!!! after all 4 of my lines have been disconnected for over 11 hrs I go to the store to take care of the issue ..he has no clue what the problem was ...he had no support from any of his contacts at all ...I sat in store over 2 hrs with no help from him because he had no clue ..his phone kept dropping calls to everyone he tried to call ... someone else should've been there with him mimd you this is the same kid that didn't charge me the right price or whatever it was ...you need to train these people better before you leave them on there own and where's there support..smh...really thinking about changing companies how you gonna charge me for your...
Read moreI have been a long time cricket user more than 10 years. Never in my life have I experienced worse customer service as I did from them over this weekend. I followed all their instructions checked capabilities etc before bringing my family on to my plan. Not only did the system provide false information it was never advised that the system could be inaccurate. Long story short they moved my family's phone service and their newer 5 g phone was rendered nothing more than a paper weight. The company refused any assistance to make it right and we were forced into the purchase of a phone. If that wasn't bad enough they forced it to be an upgrade rather than a new service despite no coverage ever being accessible thereby charging an additional $225 over what we would pay for the activation of a new coverage.
