My name is Daniel hanlon and I did sell at the first wheaton all nighter show this year during the summer and I did very well , so I decided to be a vendor at the Halloween all nighter, and I can truthfully tell you this was a full disaster, no help no experience from any workers nobody knew anything it was the worse I ever seen from a shows. Control and confidence of running a show , the first show I sold in the west side lot as you enter , this Halloween show the guy at the front check in table told me to check with a guy with a yellow or orange jacket to see if their was any vendor spots left in this lot I was told none left and to go to the east side lot I pulled in a line waiting to get a spot after 15 min time frame I was told by a younger guy that there was no more spots hundred of feet away from the main show no exposure to the public no open views for anyone to even see me , the bad part of this whole ordeal was I drove from Merrillville , Indiana and I made a whopping 54.00 dollors omg I'm rich barley enough to cover my gas money to get back home and I , paid 125.00 for a vendors spot so this money was lost by no sales and no exposure to the public very bad inexperience workers nobody knew anything just as long as zurko gets his money he dosnt care about the vendors the ones that make these shows successful, I should be compensated at least half of my vendors paid spot I have been selling for the last 25 years and the worst experience I ever had selling , someone needs to go back to shool and learn how to run a business which at this show nobody had a clue of what was going on ....
Read moreWe have had a family booth at the Resch Center Holiday show in Green Bay, WI for the past three years. We are very disappointed in the 2022 show that occurred on 11/26. In years past, the show was half flea market and half craft. This year, the table fees were almost doubled, the number of vendors greatly increased, with very little on the flea market side. To top it off, the entry fee for shoppers went from $3 in 2021 to $7. That means a family of 4 had to pay almost $30 just to get in the door to spend money. There was a significant decrease in shopper attendance this year. This, combined with increased competition greatly impacted how much every vendor could earn. From what I could tell, most crafters kept their prices reasonable. Noone on the floor doubled the price of their offerings from one year to the next.
Finally, the organizers need to learn to "read the room". Forcing vendors to stay all the way until 5PM when there were clearly no longer any customers in the building is unfair. Understanding the need to be fair, the show should have been shut down early.
Craft shows are a very good way for vendors and shoppers to connect, but unfortunately, it seems that the organizers (Zurko Promotions), are only concerned with their own profits.

Several booths were closed and it felt more like a museum than a market. Prices were higher than antique shops. Have had similar experiences at Grayslake, Wheaton and Belvidere. Officially crossed any Zurko show...
