Was a loyal customer but no longer! Had problems in the past with an Injoy vape pen, so when I bought the last one, I told one of the guys and he said, “no worries. If this new one gives you issue, bring it back and we’ll replace it.” I didn’t need it right away, but had it in reserve (for a few weeks). When I used it the first few times, it worked. Now it does not, so I went back to get a replacement. The young lady said she couldn’t do it and went to the back to ask someone. He said the same.
