Ordered flowers early valentines morning for my mother. 8:00 in the evening I have to call to find out why shes not received them yet, could not get any answers other than drivers were still out. Asked me they could call her the next day to make sure she got them and asked was hen i preferred her to get them well "TODAY" WHEN I ORDERED THEM AND DELIVERY WAS SCHEDULED. Told me they would call me instead. So what do they do CALL MY MOM AND RUIN THE SURPRISE AFTER WAITING TILL ALMOST 9PM. I've been very patient and calm considering the service I've received. I ordered these for a close friend because it was the anniversary of a loved one passing, and not one single flower or even the vase was what I ordered online. I picked the arrangement specifically for the color and lack of lilies because it was a favorite of the loved one, and because my friend doesn’t like lilies because of their smell. I didn’t get a single flower that color plus a bunch of lilies. I got no email or phone call explaining that there would be substitutions. When I called to ask about it, the woman I talked to was very rude and unhelpful. I tried to explain the situation and tell her I’ve never ordered flowers before, but she was snotty and offered no solution other than I should’ve called on the phone to order them. Why even have the option of ordering online then? Will not be ordering from there again. I’m going to take my business to Shawnee Floral and Gifts...

I'm with the others who didn't rate very high. I went in person showed the the arrangement I picked out on their website. Big beautiful arrangement with about 7 or 8 different flowers plus a couple different greenery. Was told the flowers might be a little different due to not having gotten their shipment. First time it was sent it had maybe 5 different flowers that were wilted and very few flowers at that. So I called to complain. They said they'd get another made and send it to my house. Second one had just about the same small amount of flowers. And they took the first arrangement back. But at least they were alive.
