I have gone here so many times. I have always had a great time!

I am, however, deducting one star because my bf and I and two of our friends met to have a great night of friendly competition. The lady behind the desk was extremely rude. We had told her that we wanted to play a total of 4 games. She had a hard time understanding that. She saw 4 of us and assumed we meant only one game. Idk the confusion or even how someone would even think that. Once, we finally got it across that we wanted to play 4 games as a group. She grabbed our shoes and slammed them in front of us. She then told us we were on lane 10. After, our first game it said he had no more games. So, my boyfriend went up to her and explained that we should have 3 games left. She proceeded to argue with him that we were plying in lane 9 when she told us 10 and someone was already logged into lane 9 so couldn’t be possible. Then she continued to argue with him about since it was 4 of us that was a total of 4 games. So he tells her yet again that we wanted 4 games as a group. She charged him for 3 more games after arguing with him for 15-20 min.

The lady had electric blue hair. I was not able to get her name. If I do show up again and I see her walking I will go to another...

My family and I was enjoying some bowling and music, when all of the sudden the music choice changed. Mind you I was out for the evening with the family that included my 11 year old daughter. The music started talking about eating P#%#y, and other explicit things. I asked security for the music to be changed but the people behind the counter where outside smoking, so while the security watched my older daughter went behind the counter to change the song. We continued are game and again the music began saying F this and F that. I asked the person behind the desk, if this was no longer a kid friendly environment, his response was “not really”. I requested to speak to a manager when I was informed they had left for the night. I will be following up with the managers ASAP. Beware for any families with young children, looking to have a family night. 8-3-2019. Update: I have spoke with the manager, and she has assured me that the gentleman handling the music that night will be dealt with accordingly. She has also offered a few free games to make up for the time spent worrying about the music and not having fun...

I came to the area back in march to visit family. We went bowling and I bought a ball and a bag . I spent a little over $300. They were able to drill it right a way. I bowled about 4 games with it. When I returned home I went to bowl at my local bowling center in South Carolina and discovered that the ball was split. I contacted the pro shop there at Firelake and the guy told me to send him pics of the receipt, serial number and pics off the ball. I was told they would replace the ball. Here it is coming to the end of July and nothing yet. During this time I kept hearing Rick is out of town. Rick is sick. I still have to speak with Rick. You mean to tell me you all work together and you haven’t seen or talked to Rick. They will tell you what you want to hear and blow you off. This is a great professional customer oriented establishment. If you had no intentions on replacing the ball you shouldn’t have opened your mouth and said you would. Beware...
