Ok so first off I had so much trouble with an online order. So called the store 3 times and, everyone I spoke with to try to help me was very nice. So my 1 stars not for the customer service area.So after I got it figured out I go to checkout and,it kept asking for my credit card#& I was trying to use my food stamp card but, wouldn't let me add it. So I called back again & the sweet lady said I'm sorry ma'am we don't expect food stamps on our online ordering. So I was like ok by& I was really frustrated on the inside. I just wasted so much time shopping online & I mean several hours & I thought it was going to be simple but,then I hear you can't pay online with food stamps and,I literally almost cried. I'm disabled and high risk with this virus. So I try not to go inside store's & where I live I have 2 stores. Ones expens just wanted to go elsewhere besides Walmart because iaI feel they have limited selection onton things. other is Walmart. I ended just going inside a crestein the city with my daughter to help me get in & out as quick as possible. We had our masks on you betcha & stayed 10 feet away from other shoppers. Please fix it where people can use food stamps online. This virus is still very real and very out there but,I still have to feed my family and I just want things as safe& easy as possible because I am disabled and I am high risk & I have a family to come back home t.that is also high risk!    Read moreI called in and ordered a birthday cake for my Dad's birthday party. Asked if they could put a picture on it they said yes. But I have to email the picture.i did. Same day right after the call. I get to the store to pick up the cake the clerk says "Oh by the way, I didn't get the email until after I made the cake." How is that?? Either she didn't check the email or something went wrong. But the email was sent WHEN I ordered the cake. So they just scribbled a Happy birthday in letters that looked like a 4 year old wrote it and then stuck his picture the size of a coke can bottom in the corner of the cake. I had to just get the cake because the party was to start in the next ,30 minutes. They had the nerve to ask me if I accept the cake or do I want them to make another one. This bakery staff sucks!!    Read moreMy experience at this was terrible it's so bad I wouldn't give it a star if I had a choice. On 5-11-25 (Mother's Day) I came into the with my mom to treat her for her Mother's Day dinner. As soon we got the checkout the cashier man was soo extremely rude towards me and my mother with didn't appreciate, then he announced the total in a disrespectful tone also rolling his eyes and sighing then he hands my receipt aggressively then tells me "have a good day" so rudely that was way out of line for a paying customers. Then we went to the mangers they had smirks on their faces which it was way unprofessional. I decided for a refund for all of my groceries if I'm being treated like that,well this store doesn't deserve my good hard working money.
