FireLake Pizza — Restaurant in Shawnee

Update 10 minutes later: I paid for 16 inches and as you can see, that's not what I got home with. The manager offers a refund or a remake. At this point, I should get both! I purchased another Firelake fundraiser coupon book in the hopes that pizza coupons would be included again, and they were. The last time we had the coupons to BOGO large pizza, I could get supreme for hubby and a 3 topping pizza for myself. I always paid for the 2 extra toppings, although I should have only been paying for 1 extra topping. Now they won't even allow that, and the only explanation from management is "Whoever allowed that, wasn't supposed to." Very impressed with our first dine in visit. Only complaint is the water tastes like it was filtered through a flower pot. But they sale bottled water so problem resolved. The pizza portions for the "Large" are BIG and they are not shy on the toppings. We took advantage of an October special for 2 Large 2 topping pizzas for $14.99. Can't beat that deal especially when considering the quality. Plus the staff were friendly and remembered that we order additional ranch which a lot of restaurants tend to forget. Poor service. When the lady took our order she didn’t ask what crust we wanted so I went back up after we ordered to change it (was only a few minutes after we ordered that I went back up to ask) and the guy in the back making the pizzas said “are you serious?”loud enough that others in the restaurant could hear him. I even apologized because I understand his frustration but they brushed me off. We ended up waiting a very long time for our pizza. Definitely not coming back, the service...
