Let me start off saying I pay for the warranty on my couches. The first one I picked out they werenât âable to fit through the doorâ but didnât attempt to even take the legs off on top of that they left a long scratch on my jeep. Months ago I was contacted by someone in the store I had told them that my couches were coming apart. They had told me they would call me to set up a time to pick them up. This never happened. I had tried to call myself to set up a time and it was always âwe will get back to youâ and then they never did. Recently a Shawna was texting me about my payment when I had already informed them twice my pay day had changed and I needed to change my payment date. They got this fixed but I then informed her AGAIN of the problems with my couches. They are FALLING APART AT THE SEAMS. For a 2.5k couch is crazyyyy!!! There is a part on my couch I informed her was from my dog and never did I ask for that specific part fixed. However my couches coming apart at the seams and starting to tear is a problem for me. She told me this was outside ânormal wear and tearâ well when you wait 5-6 months after the original problem occurred OF COURSE itâs gotten worse. Now Iâm stuck with couches that look like trash paying hundreds a month for them while they continue to get worse even when I pay EXTRA for a Warrenty on them. Service is awful. Customer service is awful. Not helpful in any sort of means and now ignoring and dodging my calls. I feel so taken advantage of. I will be taking this to socials and filing a complaint with the BBB as this is completely...

Got my bed and somehow every two weeks it's a different amount, I've had to call multiple times to take off "insurance" that they randomly keep adding on. They continue to try to charge my card when I told them to take my card off file. I made my payment and then the next day they tried to charge me a random amount of 43$ and when I called up there they had no idea what I was talking about yet I had the recipt of it trying to charge my card. My bed got behind because I got a computer I let my bf get and they allowed his payee to call up and change my payments to monthly and added fees when I never gave them authorization to make changes to my account all I said was she could call and make a payment! The lady that was "working with me" told me she was in charge and I needed to talk to her but when I called up there again the guy working said he was the manager. Very unprofessional not to mention the computer was on a manager special for 15.99 per 2 weeks and somehow we were paying almost 100 a month for just the computer!! I have had my stuff for about 6 months and I'm dome dealing with them!! I'll be returning everything and taking my business...
   Read moreThe delivery guys get 5 stars hands down!! They were nice and prompt and they brought the bed set set same day! I never once spoke with the three main manager who writes up contracts. The sales guy just doesnât know their products. The wanted an outrageous price for a repossession that was a 3 piece bed suit. I requested a 5-piece for that price and he showed me one online that came with 2 nightstands, dresser with mirror, bed frame & a tall boy dresser. Less than the 3 piece. My bed set gets here and itâs just the bed frame, dresser and mirror and 1 nightstand. I talked to the same sales guy on the phone and asked what the heck, whereâs the other stuff only to be told the 5 pc is Gn/fb/nightstand/dresser/mirrror. đ
