WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER - or LACK thereof. They don't respond to emails when there's a problem!!! They charged me for $55 worth of CANCELLED items they promised they'd cancel. When I saw the additional $55 charge on my credit card statement I wrote them THREE TIMES and they NEVER wrote back. About a week later the $55 credit appeared but I'd've appreciated a response.

NEXT: I paid $28 for 8 supposed all day suckers (they're hardly HUGE as advertised - smaller than a softball) and FIVE OF THE EIGHT ARRIVED SHATTERED because they shipped in the wrong size box!

Now they're refusing to answer my emails AGAIN, because I want a replacement or refund. I've sent them photos demonstrating the obvious cracks in the 5. What good is an all day sucker when it arrives in pieces? Might as well have bought a roll of lifesavers for .50 cents and saved a fortune as you sure can't lick amSHATTERED all day sucker!

I really HATE this place because these suckers were to have been the highlight of my grandkids' Easter baskets and not only were they overpriced but they're TRASHED because these doofuses don't know how to pack items for shipping then REFUSE to own up to their mistakes and make things right.

So I'm warning you - do NOT give them your business as they've done NOTHING to deserve it. PLUS their items are overpriced and not really all that great. I've been gypped and I don't...

This store is a little bit touristy for my taste. It's kind of like a throwback to the small village general stores of old with one of it's biggest attractions being an astonishing supply of bulk, "penny" candy. They must have at least 50 different varieties, everything from gummy bears to Tootsie Rolls with everything else in between. My one complaint about the candy selection is the self-service and severe lack of counter space to fill up your candy bag, as well as no customer scale to measure out what you are buying before going to the register. I didn't really care as everything that I needed to purchase was the same money per pound, but a scale it would have made easier to make sure that each gift bag that I was filling for children weighed equally. In addition to the candy, they seem to have a great selection of Vermont based products such as maple syrup and some local crafts although I'm rarely in the market...

This store is a popular destination in Shelburne area. It is a huge store with front side filled with candies, pastries, cookies, local maple syrups, sauces, home good items and more. The left side room has huge variety of apparels, hats and socks. The back side has great collection of gifts, stationary , cards, magnets, posters and other souvenirs.

The cakes, cookies and some candies are sold by weight. We bought some unique toffees and gummies from here. I also found some really nice magnets here highlighting Vermont. We bought few of those and some stickers too. This was one of the better quality souvenir store we found in Burlington area. The staff were very friendly, helped with questions...

Stopped in on Eclipse Day. Wanted to buy some maple syrup and some gifts. My son and I traveled up from NJ. We spent the day enjoying the small town of Shelburne, VT, and it wasn't a disappointment. The staff of the country store were open early and the place was beautiful inside. A mix of new and old. The floors of th old store were uneven and yoy could hear the boards creaking with every step. You knew this was a place built long before us. This place is a MUST STOP on your trip for many reasons I can't even put into words. They make a maple soft serve that they call a Cree Mee up in VT. It was very tasty.

This place is amazing! There are 7 rooms of almost everything you can imagine! My favorite room was the Christmas room. It had some very unique ornaments and decorations; many that I have never seen before. I only wish I would have had more time to look around. Anyway, if you're ever in the Green Mountains of Vermont, make sure that you stop at the Shelburne Country Store! You will be so glad that you did!
