Highland Festival Shopping Center — Local services in Shelby

There's a large empty store since Harris Teeter vacated 6+ years ago. The Dollar Tree is fine for what it is. The Subway is disgusting. There is a UPS store, an uninteresting nail salon and another big empty store on the other end. The parking area is large. There is a bank (of the Ozarks, I think), though it must be drive up only because I've NEVER witnessed anyone near it in the last 6 years. Off to the side there is Cleveland Physical Therapy Associates, a much nicer separate building in the NW corner of the parking lot. There is another separate building on the west side that was completely empty for quite awhile. It looks like a beauty supply may have opened now in part of it.
