Willis Sandwich Shop — Restaurant in Shelby

On Friday January 5,2024 I ordered a bologna basket to go with mustard chili slaw & onions. I took a few bites & saved the rest for later. It tastes very good. About an hour later my stomach began to cramp. Shortly after I experienced massive vomiting & diarrhea so I was taken to the emergency room. I couldn't walk or dress myself. They immediately started an IV of morphine, two bags of fluids, ran labs, EKG, and my blood pressure skyrocketed to 199/174(I don't have hypertension), heart rate 122. Along with other meds. I could not be released until they were back to normal. This sandwich was the only thing I ate this day. I've tried to call since I've felt better but no answer. I noticed they're Health Dept. grade is 94.5 & I work in the industry so I know there needs to be improvements. I will be visiting them to let them know of my experience. I just don't want nobody else to go through what I did bc it definitely scary...
