Rest Hills Cemetery — Local services in Sherwood

My sister Shana Jackson passed away on May 9, 2025. We paid for the engraving of her stone in the middle of June. Along with having her picture on the stone. Here it is almost October and it’s still not done. They can never give a reason why. My mom has been in communication with Rest Hills regarding this. They could care less. They haven’t done anything or provided any reason as to why it’s taking so long. It’s so disrespectful to Shana and our family. It’s at the point to where we may have to take other measures such as contacting 7 on your side. What makes this even more devastating is the fact that I noticed a stone near hers and someone passed away on June 16, 2025 and their engraving is already done. I’ve had to on several occasions call this cemetery and request them to clear and clean off my parents plot.
