I have been coming to this store for years, since I was a young teenager. But I can't help but feel uncomfortable every time I come in. The lady at the register stares you down as if you're going to steal something. The old man does the same thing, but he'll actually walk toward you to see what you're touching. I'm very much into cosmetology, and today I didn't have one particular thing I was looking for. I just came to see what new products they have and I did need some additional hair care items. I walked around for about 15 minutes or so, just looking around because they have a lot of supplies. I heard the old man call someone on the phone as if he was reporting something, and he walked toward me and then turned around. It's really sad and hurtful when things like this happen. I may be jumping to conclusions but I feel like this EVERY time I come in there, and that's one reason I don't come very often. I am an African American woman with an Afro, and they don't cater very much to truly natural hair. I shouldn't feel like this, and energies DO NOT lie. 15 years ago when I moved here I shopped in this store. I had to return an item so they gave me store credit. Everytime I went to use it they didn't have any metal hair products I could use.
