Ordered my pizza for carryout. Told me that it would be ready by 6:45. I walked in the door at 6:43. I immediately seen a guy in the middle of the kitchen eating pizza. I was told that it would be another 7 mins. (No problem). While waiting, 2 young kids working the front registers were laughing and joking the whole time with absolutely no since of urgency. One of them actually told another customer that he should go to Pizza Hut, because it was going to take at least 45mins on any order... This same one went outside to talk to a friend who had stopped by for some reason and after chatting with her for a few mins. he walked away and hollard back to her that he was gonna, "Get in here and slap one of these customers". After waiting until 7:10 and seeing several people pickup their orders who arrived well after me I asked about my order again. He slowly went and checked the rack and 4 pizza's down was my order, meaning it had been ready when I first walked in!!! Now I have the option of waiting 45mins. for them to remake my order, or accept a pizza that had been sitting there for 25mins. or more. I feel sorry for the managers who are forced to deal with such lazy, incompetent workers. Just like every other business in this area they are absolutely horrible due to the lazy scarce workers that are available...

I then asked to cancel the order and wanted a refund, which she did not know how to do. She then transferred me to Papa Johns Customer service who then transferred me back to the store that I ordered the pizza from who finally connected me with the "acting manager" who then cancelled my order. Delivery guy rolled through the gate hour and a half after order was placed and did not know order was cancelled. Also was unaware he was 45 minutes past the time pizza was supposed to be delivered. I threw him $5 for traveling out. Incompetent workers who do not have the proper experience or guidance around them. Nor do they care.
