Penn Station East Coast Subs — Restaurant in Shively

Today I ordered 2 steak sandwiches 1 with no mayo. The cashier was rude from the jump but when I got home I seen both sandwiches had mayo. I hate mayo so I called and let them know that there was mayo on both sandwiches. That’s when the manager called me a liar and told me she made them herself. She could assure me there was no mayo. Well guess when made it with mayo. She told me rudely I could bring it back and she will replace it. Do I drive back to the pin station. The manager made my sandwich before I got there. When I told her I was there for my food which was a hr later she picked up this bag of food that she made almost a hr ago and handed to me with the biggest attitude. Blow my mind because she was the one who messed up. Why would u make the food while I’m not there. I did not trust her and it was not fresh. She did apologize or anything. She treated me like I was wrong. I completely waisted my money, gas, and time. I will never ever go there again. And if the manager doesn’t like her job she should...

The staff is VERY rude and unprofessional. One employee treated me with the upmost disrespect and wouldn’t give me a refund or my food, only because I had a ride waiting on me and couldn’t wait 1hr for her to take a break and fix my food. Escalated the issue to the GM and he PRETENDED to fix the issue, told me he would reimburse me by sending coupons. Sent coupons to someone else who called about MY issue, but never did anything to fix it for me, being that I’m the one whose money was taken. Went into the restaurant to ask about the coupons and he was very disrespectful, even after I stood there and spent my money with them AFTER what happened to me. I will never spend my money here again, thanks to the attitude that I received from every single one of their staff, and I am a very respectful person who does nothing but smile...

I usually come here to get serval cookies. They have always been big, yummy and worth the cost. Today when I went in the store, I got a cookie and a bag of chips and left feeling ripped off! I picked up SunChips but realized the bag looked really used for some reason. I asked if I could switch out the chips and he sad ok, and it was than that I noticed the cookie was MUCH smaller than usual and cracked in several places. In result, I also asked if I could switch out the cookie. The guy told me no to the cookie but yes to the chips which made no sense because they were both in sealed bags…and I had not left the counter. I don’t even believe that I had even received my receipt yet. I then told him that the cookies don’t usually look that way. I didn’t want to argue so I just left, but I won’t be going...
