Went in yesterday for the first time with my 8 year old. Upon walking in, the gentleman immediately looked annoyed when I asked for two pedicures, a dip redo, and a no chip manicure. The woman that did my daughter’s nails was so sweet to her and did a great job. The older gentleman that did my nails however was quite the opposite. During my pedicure he ignored anything I said to him. My pedicure was the BARE minimum. And asking me at least 3 times if I wanted no chip on my toes. Three times I answered no, just regular polish. Fine. But when we got to my dip manicure, he again looked annoyed that I already had dip On that needed to be soaked off. After applying the dip, he proceeded to file off my cuticles with an electric filer. To which I asked him not to and jumped back twice. The part next that really pissed me off was when he started the French manicure part of my nails I kindly started to tell him what look I was going for. Before I could even finish my sentence he waived his hand in front of me and aggressively said “I’m not finished yet!”. I was shocked. After he was done (with the very thick French line) I calmly said, “I was trying to tell you I wanted the lines to be thin”. He said “no they won’t look good”. I have got a thin line French MANY times and love it.

I am someone who gets her nails done every 3 weeks like clock work. I just moved to the area and was looking for a new nail place. Needless to say, I will not be back. I feel sorry for the rest of the workers who have to work with him if that’s the way he talks...

I had gone here a couple times and loved it. I had a great experience every time I went there. I'm very upset that I felt the need to leave this review. I had made an appointment for three pedicures and a full set of acrylics. As soon as I got there my group was split up and I got my nails done while the other two got pedicures. Not a big deal, maybe they had another nail appointment soon and wanted to get mine done. As far as I know there's three men that work here, the owner, a shorter man, and another man who wears also wears glasses. He did my nails. He was in a rush, and I noticed he skipped steps that were normally done while getting acrylic nails. After putting on the acrylic, he had me sit down to get my pedicure done by the owner. He too was in a rush. The man doing my manicure stopped in the middle to do a woman's nails who had walked in at least 10 minutes after me, without an appointment. She even offered to come back later. I'm currently sitting getting a pedi with crooked nails that can't be fixed without completely altering the shape, nail glue all over my nails, which is extremely annoying and hard to get off by the way, and chunks of acrylic hanging off my nail. My pedi was rushed, not relaxing at all, and paint ended up all over my toes? I'm very upset and will not be coming back. I don't know what happened today but it's very unfortunate. The worst nail salon I've ever been to! I had and appointment so when I arrived one person started on my nails. I asked for a soak off and a gel overlay of my real nails. The one lady that started my nails sent me to the guy that sits at the front table. He started working on my nails and I told him what I wanted. He said ok, ok. He soaked my nails off and then he clipped off my real nails😡! The first lady that was doing my nails started speaking in their language and she must have told him what I wanted and he apologized and then wanted to put more acrylic nails on and a gel overlay. I agreed and then that's when he started applying the acrylic. He had acrylic all up and down my fingers assuring me he will remove it. He never did. As more customers started to come in and no one could take them. They started leaving. He tried moving faster rushing my nails. They were uneven and awkwardly shaped. When I asked if he was going to apply lotion he asked does my original nail salon put lotion on me. I answered yes. He squeezed some lotion on my hands and rubbed them really fast and them told me the price leaving lotion all over my nails. I was so angry that I just paid them and got out of there quick. I will NEVER go...
