On May 28, 2025, around 4 p.m., my wife and I got dressed up for a date night and decided to stop by this establishment before our event. Upon arrival, instead of a friendly greeting from the bartender, we were immediately and harshly asked for our IDs. While being carded wasn’t an issue, the tone in which it was done was noticeably hostile. The bar was mostly filled with older Caucasian men, and while I tried not to make it a racial issue, the discomfort was undeniable—especially as a mixed couple.

The young lady bartending continued with an unpleasant attitude, as if we were an inconvenience rather than guests. When I calmly addressed her demeanor, she claimed she carded us because we appeared under 40 and were ordering drinks. I made it clear that it wasn’t about being carded—it was about the cold, unnerving energy both my wife and I felt from her. She then replied dismissively, saying maybe it was just a “personality thing.”

I asked to speak with a manager, and a white man with blue eyes, a beard, and a hat came out. He had an unconcerned look and barely listened as I explained the situation. I mentioned the racist vibe we felt from how we were treated, to which he responded, “That’s far-fetched,” and asked, “What do you want me to do, man?” Realizing the lack of accountability, I paid my check and left. As I was walking out, both he and the bartender sarcastically told me to “have a nice day.”

If you’re not white, male, or a regular, I’d advise against coming here. And if the owner ever wants to discuss this further, I’m open to having that...

I ORDERED A TACO PIZZA FOR DELIVERY AND IN THE DESCRIPTION I PUT NO JALAPENOS! BECAUSE I'VE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO EAT JALAPENOS! AND MY ESOPHAGUS IS VERY IRRITATED! I RECEIVED THIS VERY EXPENSIVE PIZZA WITH JALAPENOS ON IT! I TRIED EATING AROUND THEM AND PICKING THEM OFF! THE THING ABOUT JALAPENOS IS THE JUICE IS ABSORBED INTO THE FOOD! WHICH IS WHY IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO FOLLOW THE NEEDS OF THE PERSON WHO ORDERED IT! What if I'd been allergic? I bring that up because that's just one example of why it's very important that you pay attention to the notes on the orders! Allergies can kill the reasons people ask for food items not to be on food. Not only have to do with food preferences. They can also have to do with life or death! And what's very frustrating. Also for me is I worked customer service for years and I took phone orders and I made food and this type of carelessness blows my mind! And one of the reasons I don't like ordering through an app but it was right there on the order! Owner if you looked at the screenshot that I provided of my order you would see it was ordered on the 6th! It was ordered through instacart/ Uber eats! And I did a complaint through the app and waited to hear from you. Never heard back! And after everything I had to say the mess-ups that was made. All you asked was was it done today? No apology. No offer of a refund! And I'm putting this here because I couldn't figure out how to...

I went here on March 7th for a Grungeworthy pop-up show and it was really fun. The stage area is pretty small but the inside seating area was very large but had it in like divided seating rooms. They could expand upon the stage area if they were to move some gaming equipment or moved the stage to where both seating areas can view the stage, but otherwise it was a fun experience. Perhaps they designed it that way to allow one seating areas to be away from the stage. Bathrooms were clean. I would recommend trying this place out. I would return again, especially if a good band is playing. Thank you Bedrocks for helping your neighborhood have a great place to eat, drink and be merry!
