Kafe De Kasa — Restaurant in Shorewood

I’m picky when it comes to coffee from coffee shop, but this place is VERY good. I’m impressed. Their drip coffee tastes similar to Starbucks, but more smooth & not as acidic. I love it, it’s perfect! We’ve also tried the iced coffee, cookies & cream frape (which was SO good), mega chocolate chip cookie (my husband is obsessed with the cookies), the tres leches cookie butter cake (that was so moist & delicous), the cookies on cream brownie (so yummy) & lastly, the Reese’s cheesecake. None of which was disappointing. I love the portions of the pastries. They are small enough to eat in one sitting but also big enough to where you can save half for later if you wanted to. Kafe de Kasa is every bit as amazing as the original—maybe even better! The drinks are always spot-on, creative, and delicious. The owner is absolutely adorable and so personable, which makes every visit feel special and welcoming. You can tell everyone here works incredibly hard, and it shows in the service and the atmosphere. The inside is cozy and a perfect place to relax with friends or just enjoy some time to yourself. This is easily one of my favorite spots, and I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Extremely friendly and patient service. I had questions, the owner was more than happy to help. He had recommendations if i asked. Again i cant say it enough - very patient and kind.
