Casa Maya was a great place to go to until they moved to a new location. I stood in the restaurant waiting for service for 10 minutes and not one person asked me for service. They weren’t that busy with restaurants just opening up. Their service has just unfortunately been worse the longer they’re open in their new place. This isn’t their first time they had bad service in their new place but this time I got absolutely no service. I like the owners but you need to pay attention to your customers, especially those that have been with you since you originally opened up. Enjoying food at another Mexican restaurant that noticed me as soon as I walked in.

Well, I came back trying to give them another chance. Sat at the bar. They welcomed me quickly and got my margarita. Sat there for 15 minutes hoping someone would come back for my food order, they never did. The couple next to me must have been waiting 15 minutes just to get their credit card back. I left. Won’t be back again.

It’s a shame. It’s really not that hard to pay attention to the whole 3 people at the bar. You should have stayed at your old location. Went to another Mexican restaurant right after. Food and drink right away.

You’re never going to make it with your lack...

I usually don't post reviews but I was to shocked at the service we got I feel it warrants my time. First of all I have never been to a Mexican restaurant where chips and salsa had to be asked for. Your 1st round is free, ok fine....but they have to be asked for. My friend discovered a hair in the salsa and very quietly asked the waitress to replace it because there was a hair in it. The waitress instead of just apologizing and getting a new one she proceeded to pull the hair out of the salsa, hold it up and examine it and then proceed to say its an onion.... ummm when do onions ever look like a 6" piece of wavy grey hair??? We had to ask for a new salsa 3 different times to 2 different people before it was brought out. I could go on and on about the horrible service there but I will stop with the most shocking that they would examine a piece of hair say its an onion and expect us to keep that salsa after the waitress dug her fingers around in it to pull...

Today's customer service by all was the worst I have ever encountered in this restaurant. The wait time to order our drinks was over 15 minutes. After we received our drinks. We didn't get our food order taken until another 15 minutes passed. Afterwards we waited for 30 minutes for our food. By then I had already finished my drink. My kids noticed the table in front of us (was a white couple) was already getting their food. That's when I decided to speak up. The waitress for my table had another table with a lot more ppl. So I was patient and understanding the whole time. Once my kids pointed out to me how we weren't being served while everyone else was being catered to. I have been coming to this restaurant for almost 3 yrs. And I have always been very understanding when they are short staffed or whatever the situation is. Unfortunately is sad and disappointing to see how a Hispanic owned restaurant can be racially unequal and not treat all...

This place has always been good. Before it was located just a little farther down. They had closed and relocated and opened in their current spot. The original margaritas are bomb but when you add flavor it wakes your mouth up! I would suggest almost everything on the menu (and I typically don't like Mexican food). The wait staff are always polite and always make sure your drinks are full. Due to covid they have a little outside area to eat in the parking lot and somehow you still feel the Casa Maya experience! Their chips and salsa are to die for! I could go on and on about their food but go check it out yourself!

Sizzling fajitas, cheesy quesadillas, or spicy tacos, this restaurant has something for everyone. Their menu is filled with dishes sure to please even the most discerning palates. And the best part? Everything is made to order, so you can be sure your meal will be hot and fresh when it arrives at your table. Plus, their friendly staff are always on hand to answer any questions you may have or make recommendations based on your tastes.

Food was middle tier in authentic flavor. Jamaica beverage seemed to have soda water in it. I was there for lunch and simply wanted to upgrade my protein for enchiladas from beef to steak. I was charged for a dinner portion instead of an uncharge like other restaurants. Meal started at 16 and ended at $27.12. I would attend again however only if I am in for work in proximity to the location and I would try other menu options.
