This UPS location has been VERY EXCELLENT with one recent exception. I'm an immunocompromised senior without a vaccine. I rarely leave my home and have been so happy that they've been serious about COVID19 precautions, including plastering "NO MASK, NO SERVICE" signs all over the front doors, windows and inside walls and counter! Yay, right? Welll....I was there a few days later because I felt safe and.. low and behold there's a customer without a mask standing in the middle of the lobby where several of us were on our marked spots for social distancing and complying with the mask policy. This lady refused to stand on her spot as well! The employees did nothing. I motioned to one employee indication my question as to WHY. She did ask the lady if she had a mask and I couldn't here the insuing dialogue but, she DID receive SERVICE!! This makes NO SENSE. I'm very upset and this it's useless to post signs if you aren't going to enforce them. Do something or I'll take my business to another location. Disappointed...
Read moreMixed emotions. Joshua who has worked here a long time is helpful and friendly. The store manager Kate is rude! She never used to be here but now she is. She believes her job is to straighten people out! I watched her yell at 3 people including myself, one over asking about how many items per box one about asking for tape and myself for stating a fact that 3 packages sent through the kiosk didn't get there. Don't ask her a question or try to talk to Josh at all or you're in for it! She'll butt in and be so abrasive and rude that it will raise your blood pressure. I hate coming here now that she works here. It's the same, but different, every time. Just a mean bossy lady. Just keep your mouth shut and you might get out without being reprimanded. Read moreAfter 6 months, I would not recommend. Has been withholding my mail for months after I moved out of town for school. Will not answer my phone calls or emails when to have my mail forwarded. I ladies who worked there before were a really great help and were able to get it done in no time at all. The new staff have that “my dad owns the company” vibe. I just want my mail forwarded, I can’t drive 200 miles every month, despite already having a house account and everything setup.
Really disappointing, and unprofessional.
