This place has gone straight down the drain. I used come here too often honestly, to the point where people could see my car pull up to the drive thru and just have my order ready on screen. Didnt always get it right, but at least the effort was there. Thats completely changed.
Today, I ordered a plain crispy chicken basket. What do they give me? A chicken patty WITH NO BUN. Are you serious guys? You never get any orders right anymore, and even if you do the food is cold half the time. Here is how a usual visit goes now:

Ok whatever I'm annoyed and dont need to yell at a 14 year old or a disabled person, so I take it home. The pink slip says everything I ordered, so I look it over and see everythings there. Cool. Get home and EVERYTHING is wrong. Ended up with regular fries, no extra side, and crispy chicken isnt plain.
That wasnt this recent visit, which is the one that put me over the edge. They really gave me a crispy chicken patty with no bun today. When the hell did I say no bun? Never. I said plain. That comes with a damn bun guys.
Look I get it, theres mostly 14-16 year olds working there and a bunch of disabled people. That is a recipe for disaster. But you people get NOTHING right anymore, you interrupt all the time, half of you are rude and the other half are mentally checked out.
I dont plan on coming back to this location. I'm sick of how useless the employees are now, I'm sick of waiting in the sun for 20 minutes for my "FAST" food, and I'm really sick of getting the wrong damn food.
FIGURE. IT. OUT. OR GET OUT OF SHOW LOW.
Oh and just realized how they packed my pretzel bites, as I'm eating. Cheese sauce dumped all over because it was sloppily thrown in sideways with the lid half on. Thanks...
Read moreI ordered two chicken sandwiches, fries (with no salt) and a drink online ($24.91) while sitting in the restaurant. I checked in online right after ordering. Per email the food would ready at 1:20pm. At 1:40pm I asked a counter worker who was not helping any customers, if my order was ready. She looked and said yes and pointed at it still waiting to be bagged. She then went back to the counter to talk with another employee. I asked her to give it to me. She said she can’t bag food. About 5 minutes later another employee bagged it and handed it to me. I opened it and there was a sandwich missing and I told her the fries are supposed to be without salt. She said I can get the other sandwich but I don’t know what to do about the fries. I said how about replacing them with fries without salt. She said ok and asked the kitchen staff for the fries and other sandwich. About 15 minutes later I got them. I asked to talk to the manager and was told there is no manager and she was a crew chief and she was as close as I was going to get a manager. I told her I wanted a refund because the first sandwich was now cold and I would go somewhere else. She said there are no refunds for online orders. I checked the new sandwich and found it was not what I ordered. About 10 minutes more that sandwich was replaced by the correct type of sandwich. By then the food was cold and the taste was horrible. After two bites I ended up just throwing everything away.
I completed an online survey that was attached to my online order email. I requested a refund and to be contacted by a Culver’s representative. I’ll update this review if that ever happens.
A number of other customers I spoke with while standing around waiting were also angry because of long waiting time and incorrect orders. A lady with two small kids ordered two ice cream cones for the kids and had to wait about 15 minutes for them. She said their food took about 30 minutes to get. While waiting for the ice creams she asked an employee that was cleaning trays if he could get the ice creams. He stated he’s not old enough to operate the ice cream machine....
Read moreMy niece/nieces and their grandpa like to dine here a lot. I come here every so often only as the driver or to meet up with them. They tend to order the butterbuger and cod dinner/cod sandwich. I like the cod sometimes (to get my omega-3 fatty acids) and the grilled chicken sandwich. Also, their ice cream (chocolate cone) is always, always yummy (not sure if it was custard)!!!!!Yesterday, I brought my dad there after his doctor's appointment. He had the cod dinner with onion rings. The one thing we always noticed is that the burgers tasted under-seasoned (bland). And, the cod as well. Maybe they are just concerned about the customer's who might have high blood pressure or something...who knows? So, we always grab some of the salt and pepper packets that are available by the soda fountain. Or, maybe the cooks are just too young and inexperiened. The 2 guys yesterday were working hard. The gals seemed to be distracted and were talking amongst themselves. One of the workers was a tall/loud gal. I'm sure she is sweet and sincere, but she really needs to turn the volumn of her speaking voice down several notches. :-D Waited in the order line 2-3 times to get more food, etc. I finally had to ask one of the gals if she was ready to take my order. She seemed surprised that someone would ask her such a question. I think the problem with many restaurants nowadays, is that they have a tendancy to hire workers who are just too young and under-trained. But, I guess that is just how it is and the adults really don't want to work at a chain restaurant. Oh, worth mentioning is the fact that the food reminded us of the food we had in Pennsylvania (plain/tasteless) when we lived there for many years. Thank goodness for salt and pepper!! 5 stars for the 2 guys and the atmosphere of...
