You don't define your brand. Your customers do. This location really needs to understand that motto, it doesn’t matter the day of the week nor the time of day they are rude from start to finish, the only kind person is the one on the headset but they’re not the ones actually helping you one on one. Maybe these girls forget they are in customer service on a day to day basis. I’m sorry I understand it’s “fast food” and making people wait at the speaker box to order till you get the customers order finished at the window is why you have a long line 24/7 sometimes we sit there for 5+min waiting to order, Or you have 4-5 people waiting in the parking lot because how dare they be at your window for more than 15 seconds. The fact we have to obviously ask for condiments (because it says we have to) you guys are always so rude about it because you have to do ‘one more step’ or I’m told to park around front and they’ll bring it out. I recently asked for a cup of water at the window WATER ...okay 50cents then the girl tells me to pull around to the front and they’ll bring it out...??? For water? It takes less than 5 seconds to fill up a small water guys. All in all never have I ever received a ‘Thank You’ or ‘Have a good day’ at this location and god forbid you pay with cash because that adds more time at the register then you’re sent off with...
Read moreEdit: They told us it would take 7-10 days to receive the refund and I posted this review after 2 weeks. After a month past our visit to this Panda, I called in to find out that they never processed the refund and now I get to drive from Snowflake to Show Low to pick up $13 they never should have taken. I have changed my rating to one star, just don't eat here. If you must, definitely use cash so they can't charge you for someone else's food. We will never eat here again.
Just wanted to warn people to be careful with this Panda, I definitely recommend eating somewhere else if you can. We are always disappointed by the food here even though we love other locations but we recently had a bigger problem than that. We went to find the drive thru busier than usual and the food ended up being better than usual. However, later we discovered that we had been charged twice after the employee had our card for a long time, once for our meal and again for a meal we never received or even ordered. We called the next day and they issued a refund for the meal we didn't order after they did an investigation (watched the tapes). They said they would refund us but we are still waiting for the funds to come back to us and the food here is never worth this...
Read moreThis location really needs to get a new management team. I came once before at lunch and they had no fried rice. When I asked the manager named Amber why, she told me it takes a long time to make. Today, I pulled up to the drive thru and waited 10 minutes to order, for 3 cars ahead. I give my order and I'm told that they don't have 2 of the menu items I asked for. I am infored that one will be ready i 3 minutes, the other in 4, which if it was the case, there wouldn't be a need to mention it. So I pay and they ask me to pull into the lot (NEVER PULL INTO THE LOT IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY). 15 minutes go by before anyone comes out and that is after calling inside. This all happened before noon. The bottom line is that there is a severe deficiency in management's efforts to prepare for a lunch time rush. Oh yeah, I nearly missed adding this point. When they bring the food out, after the long wait, they swing the bag around so that the sauce gets all over the inside of the bag and there is none in the box. Don't people see that these boxes are not made to hold liquid in if tipped?? Really. This spot is in need of management training.
