UPDATE 11/2/24... It had been several years since trying this place after several bad customer service incidents. Decided to give it a go and stopped in. Ordered the meatball sub on Gluten free roll and wasn't surprised and the up charge ( pretty standard most places) but for a roll i was anticipating more. Not to my surprise the sub came out with cheese on it after i stated 3x during my order "no cheese"..... I was even joking while in line that it would happen again. The prices on the subs have become outrageous!
The gluten free roll the sub was made on was absolutely terrible. Having been gluten free for over two years now, I've become familiar with the standard of GF products restaurants have to offer and this was by far one of the worst and was notably smaller than my girlfriend's medium sub. Could not finish my meal. Needless to say I will not be going back.
A good go to spot for a meatball sub......unfortunately it's rare to get it made right the first time. I should not have to clarify each time I order I am allergic to cheese. Even then, it has still been made wrong.
Today is the third time in a row inside of about 4 weeks this has been an issue. Having to wait anywhere from 10-15 min to get a sub re made is getting old.
This lack of attention to detail is a waste of customers time, and a waste of resources through employees time and ultimately costing the business money as I've watched them throw away the sub with...

If I could I would give this place ZERO stars. This business is very and very Deaf oppressing. This business had an audacity to tell my husband that he should not be the one whos driving just because hes Deaf.
You are that concerned about us being deaf but you dont realize that you CAN see me! Just like we can SEE you! Please dont tell me you actually think you guys can drive the cars with just EARS to hear?
The owner SHOULD not be running the business if the owner cannot have employees treat diverse customers the way it should. I love this town. I had met such sweet individuals who have abundant patience with me. But this business... This business brought shame upon this town for being ignorant of other people with disability.
For your information: Deaf people in US had been driving since 1920s when Deaf people fought for their right to drive. You will be perfect resident for Yemen, United Arab Emirates, Laos and other countries because your philosophy IS...
Read moreWent twice in the last two days. First experience, hungry and tired fresh off a 6 hour drive and our food was good. Service was prompt, however the staff was unprofessional to the point of distraction and discomfort discussing personal issues, receiving loud visits from off duty staff with loud personal relationship announcements, and… other concerns. Second visit, food was thoughtlessly prepared, orders were incorrect, staff misconduct and drama was even more apparent, with inappropriate sidebars, poor appearance and hygiene, with one staff member rushing in and out of the building in tears the whole meal and leaving coworkers confused as to where she went. Order was corrected for one sandwich, I just gave up and ate what I was served. Clearly these people had bigger issues to address than the job they were clocked in at. Husbands replacement sandwich was corrected but looked like it was assembled with a slingshot. Very uncomfortable and distracted completely from...
