I DO NOT recommend this shop for any internet shopping.They will not accept an immediate full price return, so unless you absolutely know you are keeping it do not order from this retailer. I have been told I have a store credit, however I've received no notification that my return was received nor what my store credit on account is. I tracked my package return to the store. I have called and left messages at this store multiple times trying to order, return or follow up on a return - never receiving a return phone call after leaving my contact information. The only time I've talked to them is if they happen to answer when calling - you will not get a return call left on the message machine. I was told Shopify, the internet provider does not accept returns - though my local store does sell on the internet and accept Shopify returns. They carry great brands but customer service is non existent for...

Well Wow!! I've heard about how fabulous "Absolutely Abigails" is for years and finally had the opportunity to shop at the store when I was in Shreveport today...together with many other boutiques in the area ...I would say as a shopper they deserve the gold medal for Best Boutique store in Shreveport. Firstly, the owners Donna and Abigail are delightful ...and very welcoming. The store is a kaleidoscope of color and a treasure chest of amazing designers and unique styling.... I could have stayed there for hours.... So great to find a boutique that can dress you from head to toe for...

For the prices that are paid for these items. PLEASE BE AWARE that returning something for ANY REASON is not a favorable experience. As all of us online shoppers know, sometimes items we get do not work out. This is not the place to try and return or exchange, very unfavorable to customers and unwilling to work with me. I ended up having to resort to help from another agency. I do not recommend, please move to another place to buy...
