The employees who work here are severely underpaid and overworked. $7 for cashiers, and $10 for “assistant managers” an hour is a joke. It has nothing to do with small business either. If you expect your community to support your business, support your employees and therefor the community. I would expect a business centered around spirituality and peace to be more considerate of others. I know several people who have been mistreated as employees, in my time shopping here and getting to know the staff over the years. When I used to shop here anyways. Their “lunch break” is them taking bites in the lunch room when they can sneak away, but are still expected to come back to the shopping floor if needed for customers. This includes when working for 6-8 hours a day. They’re consistently given more responsibility for no increase in pay when the owner doesn’t want to do something herself. Or god forbid she hire someone and then decide she doesn’t trust them. The employee that is trusted gets shirked with all responsibilities, including things meant for assistant management. I could go on. Honestly, find another small business to support that cares and values it’s employees and isn’t just another money hungry...

First let’s say when I walked in they greeting was very dull and dry I don’t know if it was because they were close to closing not to for sure it was I just know what I heard. Second, NO-ONE asked can I help you with anything or asked was I looking for anything in specific, NOTHING!! I was about to explain and ask a lady did they have something in specific but I realized the lady was on the phone after saying a few words, I apologized and said I didn’t see the phone but once she got off she never asked can I help you with anything not one time ! Lastly a lady came in after me and the Welcome and tone was completely different , but I wasn’t to shocked so yes I felt very unwelcome and I left I didn’t purchase anything I told the lady at the door “Have a good night” she relied “Un huh” .Glad I didn’t purchase the vibe was very off to be named what it is and to sell the...
Read moreI did not feel welcomed at all. When I entered the store the two cashiers acted like they didn’t want me to be in there. They was trying to get me to leave the store and all that I wanted to do was to quietly read some books. One of the cashier male made me feel very uncomfortable. I felt like he was going to physically harm me. One of the cashier female with facial piercings didn’t want me to look at any items in their store. Why would a customer not be allowed to look at any merchandise? There was an older lady that do reiki and she continued to try to get me to leave the store multiple times. I felt discriminated against. Other customers left because they didn’t like how the employees were acting. One customer told me to write a review because the customer did not like how the store was treating customers. I hope that the store will improve. Most of the time that I enter the store I have to deal with rude employees. The service was bad and I didn’t...
