Cafe Boba Tea — Restaurant in Shreveport

Really sorry to do this but they need to step their game up. Boba was discolored and had them remake all 3 taro boba no ice which is how it's traditionally made (no ice). Tasted like mostly water both times even after the worker tasted the first batch. Kinda wanted my my money back but I felt bad for the remake and the store looked nice. Wasn't worth 23 bucks for 3 bobas. Usually the going rate is 4 or 5 bucks. I apologized to the guy for remaking it and left unsatisfied. If they start making better boba Ill try it again for sure. But 6 bucks for a drink that tasted like a drink that used to taste good but the ice melted and you're just drinking it because you're thirsty is a stretch for anyone's wallet or pallet. if you come here just get the slush boba and not the traditional no ice boba. Hope you guys do better and succeed....

I love their black milk tea here, it’s my favorite and I like what they’ve done with the place recently, but every time I go one person tells me I have points to use and when I decided to use it at my next visit, such as today the person who takes my order says I don’t have any points. This has happened two times already that they say I have points and then say I don’t the next time I go. They also said I’m not in the loyalty program when I went today even if I signed up months ago and had enough points. It’s just disappointing to be guaranteed something twice and then tell me something else when I go to claim it. My wife and I visited Best Tea in Shreveport on Sunday and were immediately struck by the cleanliness and organization of the shop. I decided to try one of their new coffee items, the Cafe Bombon, while my wife ordered a Black Milk Tea. We were both impressed with the quality of our drinks and appreciated the friendly and knowledgeable service from the staff member.
