At 8pm we ordered $58 worth of pizza from our hotel and received an email that it would be delivered in 33 minutes. at 830 I looked at the tracker on the app and my order still showing in process. I called the store 8 times and was disconnected every time. I assumed that the order wasn't processed because I received a notification from my cc company asking if I placed a payment for this location and I replied yes. I then called again and this time I hit #2 to place an order this way I could actually speak with someone. The operator sent me again to that location and I was then again disconnected. I had a very tired and hungry family so I had to find a meal elsewhere. At 10:15 I received a call to our room from the check in desk that our pizzas were delivered. I refused the delivery but the driver went ahead and left with the front desk, When I returned home I reached out to the store manager, finally someone answered the phone, and explained the problem. She told me she would email or call me if she was able to do a refund. I received no email or call back. I will now call the mail headquarters to try and get a refund or I will refute the charges. Read moreI deliver for this location frequently. For the most part, everything goes well. The orders are typically either ready on-time or no more than 5 minutes over.
But there is one specific employee that I have noticed is always working when there is a problem.
When I walk in and see them working, I know there is about a 75% chance that they will tell me that my order has either already been picked up by someone else, or was delivered by an employee instead, or is a duplicate, or was otherwise cancelled.
It doesn't always happen. But it only happens when they are working. And it has happened enough times to manifest into a very obvious pattern.
I don't know if it's a training issue, or a scam, of what. I don't want to automatically assume malice when it all may just be a highly unlikely coincidence.
But it is strange that, over a period of several months, it has happened nearly a dozen times with one particular employee and no other times...
Read moreI recently moved to shrevport and have been ordering takeout and delivery from this location since I moved. I signed up online and was given this store location so that's why I used this particular store. The last time i tried to order a pizza delivery they told me that they didn't deliver to my address. I knew they were wrong because I had ordered delivery a few times before from the same location. They insist that they didn't deliver to my address and refused to listen to the fact that I was telling them I had ordered several times from them. They were very rude about it and didn't want to hear anything I had to say. I hung up the phone and called back, this time he wouldn't even type in my address. I simply wanted to make sure they were putting it into GPS right. I ended up having to go online and order delivery.... Guess what store delivered it?.... The same one that told me they don't deliver...
