So I had just come from Lee Michael’s in absolute hysterics from learning it would be up to 4 weeks and almost $400 to simply replace the diamond that popped off its set, because I slammed my hand against a door when I came across Once Upon Diamond. I was immediately greeted by Nick, who calmed me down and said that he hadn’t seen it yet, but he was pretty sure he could help. And boy did he! Long story short, I had my beautiful engagement ring back and prettier and shinier than it was when I left it with him THE DAY BEFORE! It took him 1 day to do what Lee Michael’s was going to do for $120! Are you serious?! I even text him or the service that texts you to know it’s ready for pick up. “Are you freaking serious?!” Absolutely Excellent service, wonderful and helpful owners. I had a necklace that was broken and decided while I was there instead of just fixing the necklace, if he would please just take entire necklace apart and make it into something that looked like a diamond in the middle of a chain. In less than a few days Nick sent me some draw ups that looked exactly like the pictures and his quote was unbelievable!
