I was passing through Shreveport on my way home from Texas and decided to try this place. So glad I did! I live about 2.5 hours away and anytime I pass through this will be my go to spot. Everything was great...the burger, the Thai lettuce wraps, the guacamole, the artichoke dip, the gazpacho, the chicken salad, the peach cobbler, the tea, AND finally a kids menu with real food and not C.R.A.P. I’ve been ordering meal prep from Glow for 2.5 years and I’m still not tired of it — that says it all! The meals are fresh, healthy, and somehow never boring (seriously, how do they keep coming up with this stuff?). The team is always friendly and dependable, and they make eating clean feel easy. Shreveport, this place is a gem not only for meal prep but also for breakfast and lunch....

Open and very airy. Very modern and upscale, yet very comfortable. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone including the other patrons were in positive moods and friendly. A great lunch spot. The food is delicious and holistically based. The price is a little above average, but I'd say the quality is definitely worth...
