BEWARE! Trusted these folks to fix a broken Apple Series 3 Watch and when it came back the case was dented and damaged and they denied any liability. The watch was delivered in flawless condition aside from a single small crack across the screen. Upon pick-up, the watch case appeared to have either been dropped, clamped, or pushed into something while being repaired. When questioned about the damages, all liability was denied and I was informed that I must not have noticed the problem beforehand... However, I take GREAT care of my things and know exactly what the watch went into the shop looking like. In the end, it was my word against theirs and unfortunately they did not want to support the customer. Be sure to take pictures, videos, and maybe even draft a written agreement if you decide to use them for a repair - you’ll need it!

Additionally, the repair to my cracked screen was novice at best. The new screen is scratched and the glue/adhesive used is very visible. I was told specifically by them that “we are not a factory.” So if you’re expecting a professional looking repair or one that puts your item back to like new condition, this is not the place to visit. DONT USE THESE PEOPLE! I went in early December to get the camera on my iPhone fixed. They didn't have the part and needed to order the part. They said I had to pay in advanced. No problem. I did. They said it would take 2-3 business days for the part to come. After 2 weeks and no word, I called back, they said they would take my name/number down and call me back. A week goes by and no answer. I tried to call, no answer. I called again today, i was immediately put on hold for 15 minutes and then they hung up on me. I called back immediately and went straight to voicemail. These people are a rip off! The wont even return my calls...

I placed an order for a new screen replacement Tuesday since I dropped my phone at the gym 12 hours prior and only half my screen was showable after that drop. They called me Thursday before they closed and told me it came in. So the next day before I came into work, I dropped off my phone to get it fixed and not even 4 hours later......... my phone was like BRAND NEW. When I say... they are gods at what they do. I mean it.
