I'm extremely picky and particular in who I leave a review for, but in today's age when I come across a business doing things exceptionally well I have to call them out on it! The low bar first: Their coffee and food are delicious! Not just thrown in a pot and poured to the customers, there is thought and deliberation as to how their coffee and food is made.

I have stopped there for coffee at least twice a week for a few months now and it would be a waste of my money to go anywhere else when they are so head and shoulders above in terms of quality. When I ask for egg on my toasted croissant, it's "made" for me, not thrown together. There's even thought as to the packaging, asking me if I need a fork and knife, the way it's wrapped and put in the to go container that I don't get anywhe else.

Service: Everyone there is friendly and positive and actually takes care to serve the customer. My coffee is actually stirred with the cream and sugar added. There is a smile on the employee's faces and it is clear they care about what they are doing for you.

Atmosphere: The vibe inside is awesome and although I've personally not taken advantage of their huge outdoor hang out area, I can't wait to be able to.

The only ding I can give them that is totally unrelated to their actions is the parking, but the worst I've experienced is having to go a few cars past their location to find a spot on the street so I can run in and grab my coffee and/or food but that's more of a call out than a criticism.

If you are anywhere near Red Bank or Shrewsbury and love coffee, they are worth...

It seems like alot of people likes the coffee at Corral coffee. I Particularly didn't like it. What makes Corral coffee is the burnt on the beans which actually unhealthy to human consumption. I ordered lightest version which was Kenyan she suggested. Order was supposed to be light and sweet came out bitter and not sweet at all that I had to ask for more cream and sugar. (I believe it is from roasting too much. I was hanging by the park on the bench I started smelling burnt coffee smell coming out of their chimney. I grow up my grandmother my mother roasting our own coffee with butter and never burnt at all.. dry roasted and burnt is Corrall is way..) I asked them about not having a Turkish coffee on their menu they replied as Turkish coffee being stronger bitter not many request or if not roasted and made properly also not offered to customers of course not. Well I gathered that they are branding their burnt coffee as product. Coffee was introduce to west by Turks as turkish coffee and mastered by Turks thats how west learned what coffee is and tasted like, by not serving original coffee wouldn't give consumer real taste to compare new product which will not help brand Corral coffee of course. But than again I wouldn't want Turkish coffee to be served from someone who doesn't know or have the philosophy of what coffee is instead trying to make money. I recommend corrall coffee to those who don't care about product but brands.. I will give only one start just for the back...

I just wanted to take the time to thank one of the employees (I didn’t catch her name) for going above and beyond for me yesterday. Long story short, I placed a phone order for two 24 oz. protein blast smoothies. They were ready for me when I arrived, I paid and rushed out the door to head to work. I got to my car and the way I was holding one cup caused the top to pop off and spill all over my hands. I went back inside to grab napkins and clean up the mess. I also asked for a carrying tray (which I claimed I didn’t need when I first walked out). I headed to my car again got inside placed the shakes my on passenger side floor and knocked them over causing all 24oz. to spill on my car mats. Literally fighting back tears, I went back inside to reorder my original order. The kindest person behind the counter, followed me outside with rags and even pulled my car mats out of my car (I had on white shoes and a white skirt) and offered to hose my mats and my umbrella off that we’re now covered in protein smoothie. Not only did she come to my rescue but she also had the staff remake my order even though the spill was my fault. I couldn’t be more thankful to have had her help and kind words. You never know what someone’s going through but kindness always wins. Thank you coffee coral and to the woman who helped turn my Monday around. I appreciate you more than...

this cute little shop gives some of the best small-town, warm, and cozy vibes ever. just walking in, you’re greeted with a whiff of fresh coffee. you can already sense a cute cottage feel everywhere. the place is decked out with local horse racing awards and news that they support. they showcase local charities and support local businesses and artists, which they advertise in their store. the breakfast/lunch food is amazing and always freshly made, and the coffee as well. the locals and the baristas all know each other and always greet you with a smile. after your order, there’s a cute tiny bar to sit inside. or, you can go outside, where there sometimes are live guitar bands playing and a tiny field of tables and cute landscaping. couples come to enjoy a nice date, and families come to enjoy a little picnic. this place is just friendly and cheerful all-around. it’s so welcoming and everyone in the area should definitely check it out. :)

Nice small local coffee shop! Don’t expect to sit and eat, small seating space. They have outdoor seating, but if raining or cold (won’t be able to sit). I had French latte, if you don’t like cinnamon, don’t order it. Egg muffin sandwich was small bite and good for early morning. Ok ok sandwich.. If you are vegetarian, there is no good options for you to eat (or you can ask to remove egg from avocado toast), but coffee is good.. lots of good options for coffee. The guy making coffee was not wearing gloves. I don’t know if people making food inside are wearing one or not. very beachy vibe! I would say it’s more like come and pick up coffee and go!

I was driving by about to make a left when this amazing old brick building caught my eye. I decided to drive straight and stop in for a cup of “go-go” juice. The staff was very friendly and the music playlist was on point. Ordered the C&C blend medium roast - black Service was fast. The aroma pleasant and the taste simply amazing. Smooth and not bitter. No need to go to the chain coffee stores when you can visit this gem. You must stop by. I will be back
