Bel-Mar Lanes — Local services in Sidney

Had an awful experience. Called earlier in the week to try to set up a party for my son. I was told that we didn't have enough people to make a party but there would be plenty of space before 3. We arrived at 12:30 the place was busy, which I understand happens, but there were open lanes. The lady running the place seemed very annoyed we were there and told us we would need to be gone by 3. Again, no big deal. She proceeded to place us right next to the party leaving us no tables or chairs. There were plenty of lanes open further down. We ended up leaving. Lanes are ok. The place is small. No kitchen. Any food that is prepared, it is either in a deep fryer or microwave. The atmosphere is great. Great people great owners. I like the place it is a comfortable environment. The internet/wi-fi is just as bad as dial up or worse. If you smoke, you javelin to go outside. There is no place to stay dry. It would be nice if they provided a smoking area outside of the east exit that is covered. All on all, I give this place a 4 star only because of smoking area and most important of all is the...

I don’t leave many reviews unless it’s horrible. Probably the worst expierence i’ve had at a bowling alley. Drove from 45 minutes to do the Glomania this bowling alley has from 9pm-1am.

We got there 20 minutes early so waited until they started. They made multiple comments about how they hoped no on showed up so they could go home. 9:10 we went up to the counter to pay, they said we needed 10 people for them to stay open and only had 7. They kicked us out 5 minutes later after waiting for more people to arrive. Waste of a night....
