DO NOT GO HERE! THEY RIP U OFF. THEY SOLD ME A BROKE VAPE BATTERY AND BECAUSE IT WAS 48 HOURS AFTER I BOUGHT IT HE WOULD NOT REPLACE OR REFUND. HIS EXCUSE IM NOT THE OWNER I JUST WORK HERE!!! REALLY HE DID EVERYTHING TO ESCALATE THE SITUATION AND NOTHING TO FIX IT...POOR SERVICE...I DO NOT HAVE EITHER THE RECEIPT OR VAPE BATTERY. WHO KEEPS BROKE THINGS...I THREW BOTH AWAY AFTER HE TOLD ME THERE WASN'T ANYTHING HE COULD DO FOR ME!!! AND NOW YOU ARE GOING TO TELL ME THERE ISN'T ANYTHING YOU CAN DO FOR ME...

I needed a substitute for a cigarette. They provided me with enough information to make a purchase. comfortable atmosphere with a welcoming staff and great attitude. No pushy sales. Lots of parking spots around the store. I am completely happy with the product I purchased. It’s as close to a cigarette I could have hoped for. Thank you "VIP smoke shop"! See you when I need...

Honestly the best smoke shop I have been to the customer service is amazing the people there are so kind and don't get me started on the perfect prices I couldn't wait to get out and put a 5 star rating on it I definitely will advise the people that haven't been there before about this...
