I have seen staff standing in the back hall, and they did not answer the drive up or come when I honked at the register window, but 15 minutes later they were serving clients again. In order to avoid in correct orders or absentee workers, I placed and order through the app. The app only works during open hours and you can't even see a menu before they open.
Half of the time I get something other than what I ordered and that is more that irritating as I have health issues that restrict certain items. Getting the correct sandwich ordered, was the reason to use the app.
I placed an order, drove the 1.5miles, and waited in the lot for a long time, 2 clients inside had been served and left, and 3 cars arrived after me were through the drive-up before my sandwich was even started. Half way through the wait I verified that they had the order and they said they were working on it. It took 17 minutes from the time of the online order to its delivery. The workers tried to blame the delay on in-store traffic however, I could see inside the store and it shouldn't take 2-3 workers this long for 6 orders. This time the sandwich was what I had ordered, but it would have been quicker to go through the drive-up, but there is no guarantee that you will get what you ordered when...
Read moreI've had a long day of running my kids around from musical rehearsals to soccer practices and was really wanting an easy option and something quick...I started off in the drive thru, but saw the sign that said no more than 4 subs in drive thru, told the attendant I had 5, which they said they couldn't and told me I had to come inside to order. I find that absolutely ridiculous! I then had to bring all 3 of my children into the store to order. My two youngest children were not on their best behavior, not making excuses, but we have had a LONG day. The older sandwich maker seemed irritated with my children and even made comments.
