Sol Azteca — Restaurant in Sidney

We have heard great things about the restaurant from friends so we thought we'd try it. We went in Saturday at 4:00. It was early but pretty busy. It took about ten minutes before or order was taken. It good partially came twenty minutes later. The other couple were brought the windt order but we're told to keep it. When it meals arrived they were "room temperature" , but it had taken so long we didn't send it back. None of us got our beans and rice, when it came ten minutes later they were also"room temperature". When we got home with our leftovers I mentioned to my wife that our meal was supposed to be served"on a need of rice" but it wasn't. We checked it and found some rice in it. Food and service is impeccable! Of the menu items that I have had so far I have not been disappointed! I absolutely love the “Street Corn” burrito. Have eaten here several times and usually at least once or twice a week. They have some of the best salsa that I’ve had! Decor is tasteful and the atmosphere is nice. The servers are friendly and attentive! When compared to another local Mexican restaurant, Cazadores, I’m in the Sol Azteca corner. We enjoyed our dinner. It was absolutely delicious. Our waitress Kimberly was friendly, kind and worked hard. Thank you for such great customer service and conversation. This Mexican restaurant is hands down the best American styled Mexican food I have had in this area. I was very impressed. The salsa was spicy, but very good. The guacamole was perfect too.
