I called after hours and asked if I could drop my bike off to have the tube fixed because the front tire was completely flat. He was very nice and let me drop it off. Picked my bike up the next day and it was just the valve stem, tube was ok. Appreciated his honesty. He even went above what was expected and helped me with my bike rack on my car, I had it too high up on my trunk.
