This place is a joke!!! I am not typically a person to leave reviews as this is just my 2nd one, but with the way the situation has went I felt the need.

I bought a washer and dryer from this place. The post mentioned that they work great and the only thing wrong is that the knob was broken. I figured I could buy a knob, that's no problem. After picking them up and returning home, I noticed a crack in the plastic on the dryer which I messaged them about. I also said the switch that the knob connects to is missing (this was not mentioned in the description). He said to bring it back and they would fix the plastic cover. I asked about the switch and got no response. I went to drop it off and told the repairman about the door and mentioned the switch. He said he would look into it. After a few days I went back to pick it up and they said they forgot about the switch. So I had to come back a few days later. The switch was still not fixed. Still working on it. So had to come back yet again. On the way back there from St Marys for a 5th time (30 minutes each way) I called the owner asking about the switch. He had already been terrible with communication as he barely responded to anything I messaged him. He answered and I said I just want the switch fixed and I will get a knob. He said the switch was broken and not getting fixed. I said that was not mentioned in the post. He said he did mention it explaining the knob was broken. The knob and switch are 2 different components of the dryer. After arguing and obviously getting nowhere, I just went to pick it up and see what I could do with it. I get it in my home, unhook my current dryer and hook this one up, and low and behold IT DOESN'T WORK! After all of this I've had to go through, the dryer doesn't work. I tried calling the owner Adam multiple times and got no answer. I got ahold of the repairman and he is coming to me to see if he can fix it. As of right now, I am waiting on him and have tried to call the owner Adam 7 times and have gotten nothing.

Also at the beginning of this I had asked him via messenger if there was any warranty available. He said there was a week warranty on them. Giving me the impression I could return them if any problems. Well since within the first hour we got them I found out on my own about the switch, my wife called to set up returning them saying we just weren't satisfied with them. He said the warranty was only for store credit which was never mentioned to me until after I had already purchased them. After digging to find more out, the warranty is mentioned on his personal Facebook page.

I asked the reason he was getting rid of them not knowing he was in a business. He said this is how he puts food on the table for his family. I guess even though it's my opinion, it is a pretty crooked way to do so. This by far is the worse "customer service" I have ever received. I would give them 0 stars but since the repairman is at least trying to fix the issue, he gets the 1 star. I would strongly suggest NOT BUYING ANYTHING FROM TRADE N POST!!

UPDATE... the repairman just left and got the dryer running. It is not completely fixed as it still has a slight connection problem but it is running. He said he is going to look for a knob and bring it back to me. At least he is trying to...

Bought a washer and dryer told it worked and told I had to two week warranty. He even wrote it on the receipt. Brought it home and hooked up to find out the washer didn’t work. My fiancé contacted him and told him the washer didn’t work and got the reply of sorry not refund and then blocked! Terrible business would not...

Don't let the outside appearance fool you. This is an excellent place to go treasure hunting and shopping. You never know what you might find in here, and the prices are always negotiable and excellent. The owner is an extremely nice guy and is very honest. Great store....
