We bought $3000 worth of Lazy Boy furniture.... a couch, loveseat, & chair from them during their Labor Day sale in Sept. we bought it sight unseen as it was going to be on the truck in October. All we saw was a picture and a fabric swatch. We weren’t sure if we were going to like it or not but we went ahead and put a payment down. We asked Nick what would happen if when they delivered it if we didn’t like it and he said we could work something out. All three pieces were delivered yesterday and about an hour after it was delivered we decided it wasn’t going to work for our area. We call we talk to Anita and come to find out they will not take it back since we didn’t reject/refuse the delivery. They would take it back only with a restocking fee of 30%(losing almost a $1000) or we could try & sell it on our own because it still has all the tags. We are in the process of remodeling a house so we were going to buy all new appliances, bedroom, & living room furniture from them. What a wonderful shopping experience for new kitchen appliances! Have been looking to replace my kitchen group (Kitchenaid) for quite some time (horrible is the best to describe them) and experienced the bait and switch at a couple of big box places. Phoned and got some initial info from Kandi at Sutton's and visited the next day. Huge assortment on display and many more still available. Competitive pricing; delivery to Sterling for a nominal fee; and haul-away of old appliances. GE Profile appliances on order - can't wait! Didn't know they were a La-Z-Boy gallery as well! Today Sutton’s delivered a replacement piece of our sectional that seemed to be a bit weak in one area when we sat on this beautiful Ashley piece. The piece had to be shipped from the east coast..they took care of business for us, they fixed the problem.
