Boss City Brewing Co. — Restaurant in Sidney

Went here this Friday, server came to take drink order and never asked for a food order. Sat at the table for 40+ minutes with zero interaction from either of the servers, eventually got tired and had to track the server down across the restaurant to close out tab. Informed the server “I’ve been waiting at my table over 40 minutes and nobody came to take my food order” she replied “that’s okay, would you still like to order food” and at this point I said “not anymore thank you” and was handed card reader and left. I have worked in the service industry and know how demanding the job is, the issue is the lack of empathy and the inability to apologize....

We originally tried to call in an order (due to we were in vacation and wanted to stay home after arriving) but we were told they don't do takeout orders. I just don't know why our air b&b had a menu? But no big deal.

So we went in. Got to say very nice place. We had great food and service was good. And they had some good brews ( this from a guy who normally only drinks Michelob ultra).

Great atmosphere, great people, awesome food, and amazing handcrafted drinks that are themed for Sidney. Gorgeous open industrial layout, with a seriously cool and huge window behind the bar that gives you a peek at the distillery tanks.
